British Gas Boilers Brand Has Its Own Top Of The Line
A unique item made especially for the in-house brand of British Gas Boilers is the new 5 series boilers. This high efficiency model uses the latest in condensing boiler technology. The 5 series improves hot water delivery performance by maintaining boiler temperature even when its in standby mode because of the unique switchable ECO mode. The pump seizure protection is already built in to the variable speed pump that automatically adjusts to system demand. Not only will the 5 Series compact design allow it to fit anywhere, its SEDBUK A rating and Part L Building regulations compliance allows you to install it most anywhere.
The user interface consists of status display lights which are also used as a fault diagnostic display for quick go/no-go systems indications. All three of the 5 series model, the 532, 537 and 542, have separate controls for CH and DHW temperature. Also standard on these models is built-in frost protection. The only difference between the three are their output ratings of 32, 37 and 42 KW respectively.
The advantages of this type of condensing combination boilers is that it makes hot water when you need it and as you continue to need it and without the need for a hot water cylinder or water tank. And the hot water it does deliver is done at the same pressure as the incoming water mains.
